Zwicker is presently seeking an Affidavit Production Assistant I to join our team. We are seeking a candidate with an eagerness to learn, as well as exemplary organizational and written and verbal communication skills to join our team. The base hourly rate for this position is $17.00
Responsibilities/ Essential Functions
- Using a computer and applicable electronic systems and applications
- Scanning paper documents to create electronic copies
- Printing documents
- Data Entry; recording information into system of record
- Electronic filing of electronic copies by transferring data between systems
- Document retrieval from electronic databases
- Saving, renaming, and redacting files in system of record
- Prepping and shipping legal documents
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills
Physical Qualifications
- Be able to lift five pounds or greater
- Be able to sit 90% of the work day at times
- Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
- Be able to read and comprehend position specific documents and correspondence
- Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing
- Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
- Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
