Join F3 Law: Litigation Paralegal - Los Angeles
F3 Law provides legal support to the public schools that serve our children and communities. We have an opening for a Litigation Paralegal in our Los Angeles office.
The litigation paralegal will support attorneys by assisting with the discovery, processing, quality control reviewing, exporting, production, and organization of electronic, paper, and audio-visual files.
Additional responsibilities include document review and evidence analysis; drafting correspondence, notices, forms, discovery documents, etc.; ideal candidates should have excellent skills in eDiscovery, rules-based Case Calendaring, cite-checking, Westlaw, case research, and initial drafting and exhibit management. ESI (electronic storage of Information) is critical to this role.
Job Specifications/Requirements:
- Paralegal Certificate
- 3 - 7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal working with multiple attorneys; knowledge of transactional law and administrative hearings is a plus.
- Demonstrated eDiscovery experience;
- Experience using trial presentation software ( such as Logikcull & Case Notebook);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operating systems;
- Strong research and writing skills;
- Litigation skills required; administrative hearing experience preferred;
- Ability to work tight deadlines, handle multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously, and prioritize appropriately;
