Job Title: Receptionist/Admin. Assistant Job Summary:
The Receptionist/Admin. Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, conference room calendaring, assembling estate planning binders, monitoring office supplies and performing various clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or conference room
- Answer and forward phone calls to the appropriate person
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, including copying, scanning, typing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings on conference room calendars
- Perform various clerical tasks, such as mailing, FedExing, couriering, etc.
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with special projects as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Receptionist/Admin. Assistant may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and may need to lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:The Receptionist/Admin. Assistant will work in an office environment and may be exposed to moderate noise levels.
