We are seeking a real estate associate with 2-4 years of real estate transactional experience at a law firm, including title and survey review.
Our Real Estate team regularly advises the firm’s innovative tech and life sciences clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Our small, collaborative team offers active mentoring and ongoing training. You will have the opportunity to assume a high level of responsibility and direct client contact. A primary focus of your work will be on projects with our Energy & Climate division
- If you have 2-4 years of transactional real estate law firm experience, including title and survey review, we want to hear from you.
- Must be licensed in California. Strong drafting and negotiating skills, as well as superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, are required.
The compensation range and benefits for this role are described below.
- $235,000 - $310,000 salary, based on year classification.
- Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
