- If applicable, provide counsel on agribusiness or energy-related real estate projects.

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate law, including transactions, due diligence, and leasing.
- Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm setting is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to agribusiness or energy projects is a plus.
