Role Description
As a Labor and Employment Associate, you will be joining a collaborative team. Your day-to-day tasks may include advising clients on compliance with employment laws, drafting employment contracts and policies, representing clients in employment litigation and before administrative agencies, and conducting legal research.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to Virginia State Bar (or ability to waive in) and in good standing
- Some knowledge of employment laws and regulations and law firm experience or clerkship a plus
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
