We are seeking an attorney to join our Corporate team providing services that are tailored to the healthcare community.  Our firm allows you to grow your career through direct client involvement, access to industry experts, and mentoring from the most senior partners in the firm.

Qualifications:

• You are a current and in good standing member of the Virginia State Bar (or able to waive in). 
• You have 1-3 + years of corporate transactional experience, including contract review.  
• Experience in healthcare corporate law, preferably in a mid to large firm.  
• You have a strong academic record and a law degree.
• You are a smart, driven attorney seeking to learn and grow in a team environment,
• You have a dedication to excellent client service and a passion for the practice of law.
