The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with all general corporate legal work for Viaero Wireless Technologies, Inc, and affiliated entities, including NE Colorado Cellular, Inc (Viaero Wireless), Viaero Fiber Networks, LLC, Industrial Communications West, LLC, and Industrial Tower West, LLC. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can embrace a challenge while working in the corporate arena.
Responsibilities
- Researches and analyzes legal sources such as statutes, case law, codes, and articles to prepare documents for review and use by General Counsel
- Prepares initial drafts of correspondence, forms, filings, and other documents, as requested by and under the supervision of General Counsel
- Monitors calendars and dockets deadlines, coordinates and schedules meetings
- Researches and prepares documentation for the maintenance of corporate record books and general corporate matters
- Assists with other compliance filings for the FCC, states, and grant programs
- Maintains department databases and files
- Responsible for clerical work in preparing and maintaining documents on occasion, attending meetings, taking notes, and reporting critical information to the General Counsel.
- Performs other tasks and projects, assigned as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience in a field that develops the skills required for the functions and responsibilities of the position (prefer 3 or more years of experience in real estate, contracts and/or corporate law)

Anticipated pay range is $68,000.00 to $82,000.0 annually. The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and industry experience.
This role requires working on-site at our corporate location, with the flexibility to transition to a hybrid schedule. After completing training and demonstrating productivity in a remote setting, the employee may be allowed to work three days in the office and two days remotely each week.
