The basic requirements to become our next team member: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; Licensed to practice law in Virginia or the ability to become a member promptly; Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction law or employment law; proven track record of successful client representation and business development; strong legal, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive results.

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- 5 years' practice experience.
- Knowledge of law and legal practice in order to perform substantive legal functions in client matters.
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
- Analytical skills necessary to conduct complex and detailed analysis of legal matters.
- Interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate by e-mail, in-person and telephone with a diverse group of clients, lawyers, witnesses and staff and provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact.
- Ability to travel extensively locally and statewide to attend to clients’ needs on legal matters. Multi-state travel a possibility.
- Work requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
