Job Description:
We are looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support our Legal Department. We need someone who is incredibly detail oriented, can successfully manage multiple projects on a timeline, and work quickly and seamlessly across the team.
Primary Responsibilities Include:

Draft and maintain corporate documents, including board consents, resolutions, transactional closing packets, non-disclosure agreements, etc.

Coordinate contract approvals, signatures and execution processes to ensure timely completion

Assist with formation and maintenance of corporate entities

Manage and track annual corporate obligations and filings
-
Provide organizational support to legal team on acquisitions, contracts, and correspondence

Coordinate, communicate and collaborate within legal team and across all levels of internal stakeholders as needed
Qualifications (Required):
-
3+ years of recent experience working as a paralegal or legal analyst in a corporate legal department, commercial department of a law firm, or an investment firm
-
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Proven history of primary and autonomous experience drafting and maintaining corporate documents
-
Strong interpersonal skills; proactive communicator; positive attitude; and team player

Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience reviewing, proofreading and redlining legal documents

A hands-on, whatever it takes approach to solving problems

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

Desire to contribute to company growth and development outside of legal work
Qualifications (Preferred):

Paralegal certification or legal education

Private company experience
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
