  • Represent clients in audits and inquiries from Medicare and insurance carriers.
  • Collaborate closely with the firm’s CEO and Corporate Department Chairs to enhance support for corporate/business lawyers on healthcare-related transactions.
  • Employ creative problem-solving to develop compliant business strategies that address client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commercial and business acumen with a track record of delivering creative and pragmatic solutions and advice.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
  • Intrinsically motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proactive, self-directed approach to problem-solving.
