We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our settlements team. This role is essential for timely settlement disbursements to our clients. This position requires a commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties:

• Process and ensure the accurate and timely process of settlement and lien disbursements
• Deposits
• Update accounting workbooks and client database
• Reconcile accounts
• Investigate discrepancies
• Communicate with clients
• Back-up for Accounting Manager when out of office
• Prepare and participate in daily Zoom meetings
• Write procedures
• The use of Zoom phone is required
• Other duties as assigne

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills are crucial for this role
• Reading and understanding retainer agreements, co-counsel agreements, etc.

Location: Bryn Mawr, PA
Comp Package: Starting salary of $50,000 based on skills and experience, Bonus, Full Benefits, 401K
