Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Philadelphia (Wayne), PA location who will support multiple attorneys/paralegals in connection with commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
- Management of multiple calendars
- Filing/e-filing assistance with various county clerks
- Client management
- Billing
- Time entry and billing support using Aderant/CMS
- Formatting, proofreading and editing of documents
- Travel arrangements
- The position will also be expected to cover limited receptionist duties
- Other legal assistant functions
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with corporate/real estate support
- Use of various Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker
- Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
- We seek candidates who are self-directed and have advanced computer skills
