Feldman Kramer & Monaco, a dynamic law firm located in Hauppauge NY, is seeking a self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented Attorney to join our progressive, innovative team in Hauppauge, New York.
You must have 3 years Wills & Estate experience. Individual must be a highly motivated self-starter that is comfortable with extensive client contact, (including visiting their offices) and possess strong writing skills. This position has no billable hours or caseload, it will primarily consist of executing Will Contracts.

• Advises clients concerning Trusts, & Estate matters and transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
• Advises clients on asset protection.
• Interprets laws, rulings and regulations.
• Prepares and drafts legal documents, such as wills, trusts, deeds, estate documents and contracts.
Skills and abilities:
• Detailed knowledge of Wills & Estate Laws.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning and research skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and personal service orientation.
• Ability to ask pertinent questions, actively listen to answers and synthesize information in order to formulate advice based on sound judgment and strong knowledge of the law and legal precedence.
• Ability to keep client and Firm matters confidential
Education and Experience required:
• Juris Doctor Degree plus admission to state bar.
• Minimum three years of experience working as an attorney in Wills & Estate Law.
