Associate Attorney

We are seeking an associate attorney with an interest in litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Our firm offers a competitive base salary as well as bonuses. Oregon and/or Washington Bar license or eligibility pending examination results is required; dual Bar license in Oregon and bilingual abilities are a plus.  Experience in other areas of practice is considered an advantage.  

You will work under the supervision of a principal or managing attorney and support an on-going case load.  Overall performance as part of a team is paramount to your success in this role. You will be expected to work well with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants while meeting billing requirements.   

Requirements:    

Interest in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution

Admitted to the Oregon and/or Washington Bar or eligible for admission pending results of examination

Strong desire to be active in professional groups and Bar associations  

Strong work ethic and organizational skills

Excellent research and writing skills
