● Drafting loan agreements, security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and related documents documentation
● Advising clients on covenant compliance and loan administration
● Leading due diligence efforts and managing specialist teams
● Providing strategic guidance throughout all stages of commercial finance transactions
● Excellent writing and analytical skills, strong academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently
