A well regarded and established Virginia law firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their Richmond team. This Paralegal will be tasked with managing complex real estate transactions, including loan closings and due diligence, while supporting attorneys. Responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, analyzing title documents and surveys, coordinating with title companies, and handling post-closing matters.

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 annual
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
