WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Provide legal counsel during client consultations
- Represent clients in immigration court hearings and related proceedings
- Prepare legal filings and manage administrative processes for immigration matters
- Collaborate with support staff to maintain efficiency and accuracy in case handling
WHAT YOU BRING:
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Michigan preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience, ideally in immigration law; criminal law experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred but not required
