Corporate Paralegal

Cruitin Inc. is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support our clients legal team across a range of corporate matters and transactions. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong background in corporate governance and transactional work.
Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys with corporate governance, business planning, and transactional matters.
- Prepare and file corporate formation documents, amendments, and annual reports.
- Organize and maintain corporate records and minute books.
- Support due diligence activities for transactions, including document review and organization.
- Draft and revise corporate documents, including resolutions, agreements, and compliance filings.
- Conduct legal research related to corporate and regulatory issues.
- Maintain tracking systems for deadlines, compliance requirements, and entity management.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external agencies as needed.
- 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or in‑house legal department.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, financial and transactional practice, and business entity management.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
