This role is ideal for candidates with 4 - 6 years of top-tier law firm private equity M&A deal experience, demonstrating expertise in running intricate transactions. The firm is seeking a corporate transactional attorney with M&A and joint venture experience. You will be given the opportunity to work directly with clients and partners.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Help run large-scale private M&A deals
- Representing sponsors, portfolio companies and other private clients
- Joint Ventures
- Drafting ancillary agreements
- Direct client communication
- Knowledge of the latest due diligence software programs
