The Moaddel firm is seeking Bi-Lingual Case Consultants to join an excellent and established sales team. This is a Business Development role where you will assess a potential client's case to determine suitability with our firm's expertise and acceptance criteria. The successful candidate is able to focus on converting and generating leads, making outbound calls, securing new clients in a high-volume call environment that prioritizes client service and satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit.
- Convert leads from prospects to signed clients.
- Qualify clients for immigration services; explain the onboarding process including retainers, payment plans.
- Follow recommendations on communication and documentation.
- Complete detailed intake forms and document all interactions.
- Provide feedback and support to Case Analysts.
- Report positive or negative feedback on interactions within the sales team.
- Process payments via various methods.
- Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.
- Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
- Upload and share case information as needed.
- 2+ years of successful experience in outbound sales or minimum of three years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center.
- Bi-Lingual: fluent in Spanish and English
- Comfortable achieving sales goals and quotas
- A strong interest in the legal industry, experience in Immigration Law is a plus.
- Communicate with a diverse group of prospective legal clients via phone, video call, text, and email.
- Successful track record of organization and meeting sales goals.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Technology savvy: able to adapt to using case management software, G Suite and all systems.
- This role requires the ability to be empathetic and understanding while expertly evaluating potential clients for a fit with our firm’s capabilities.
The hourly range for this position is $28 USD to $31 USD per hour. Monthly Bonuses and Hourly rates are based on a tiered incentive plan. In addition to a competitive base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, uncapped paid time off, parental leave, and a 401(k).
