The Firm has an opening for a full-time Litigation Docketing Assistant in the Firm’s Indianapolis office. The Firm has developed an optional 3-2 hybrid work schedule where employees are expected to work from the Indianapolis office at least three days per week and may opt to work from home up to two days per week.
The Opportunity
This position assists the Docketing Specialist with docketing, administrative and organizational work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Assists a variety of support teams and practice groups. Handles general work overflow from the Docketing Specialist. Candidates should be motivated, inquisitive and accountable, with excellent communication skills, good organizational and time management skills, as well as be a team player.

- A minimum of a high school diploma, with a two-year degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills, both oral and written.
- Strong skills in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, various databases and Internet research skills.
