The Associate General Counsel will manage a large variety of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters in support of our growing company.
Support sales and channel transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements.
Act as an advisor on issues involving Lyric’s contractual and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on intellectual property, artificial intelligence, privacy, security, data rights, risk allocation and mitigation.
Provide clear and balanced advise on a broad range of legal issues relevant to the computer and technology industry, healthcare, and emerging artificial intelligence matters
Identify and resolve problems related to legal issues and contracts
Mitigate legal risks
Draft transactional documents and technology license agreements
Basic Requirements:
Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and pass bar exam (any state)
5+ yrs experience in private practice or in-house
3+ years of experience working with HIPAA, or Healthcare privacy laws
Preferred Requirements:
7 years or more healthcare/technology transaction experience
Privacy certifications
