Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal department for the Summer of 2025. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal operations within a dynamic corporate environment. The intern will work closely with legal professionals, supporting critical business functions and gaining insight into various aspects of corporate law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with legal research and analysis to support ongoing legal matters.
  • Review and draft various legal documents, including business agreements, policies, litigation papers, and administrative documents.
  • Help with data and document management to ensure compliance and organization within the Legal department.
  • Collaborate with team members on legal projects and initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in pre-law, IT, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with software tools and systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and write concisely.
  • Interest in corporate law, compliance, or administrative agency workflows.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High School diploma or GED—Required
  • Current full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program—Required
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must commit to the full 10-12-week duration of the internship.
