Senior Litigation Attorney

Location: Houston, TX

Salary: $130K to $200K plus commissions

Job Description:

Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their cases, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and earning their trust.
• Provide clients with regular updates and communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding claim statuses, demands, and offers.
• Evaluate claims, conduct legal research, and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court, negotiations, and mediations.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury law.
• Member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ideally, 4+ years of experience as lead attorney in trials.
