We are looking for people with over 5 years of experience in any corporate service area in any country. We will not ask you to promote or pitch your service to clients like other platforms do. We will work with you to put together a service package exclusive to you, and organize the service process so that you can rely on member freelancers and our systems to market the service as ours and pay you for managing the service based on the total sales generated.
Requirements:
Licensed attorney with a strong background in U.S. immigration law, specializing in H1B and L1 visa processes.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling H1B and L1 visa applications, including preparing and filing petitions with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Familiarity with PERM labor certifications and the entire employment-based green card process is a plus.
Knowledge of compliance issues and ability to advise clients on regulatory matters, including Department of Labor (DOL) and USCIS requirements.
Excellent legal research and analytical skills to interpret complex immigration laws and regulations.
Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and to prepare detailed legal documentation.
Skills:
Proficient in legal research and case management tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Client-focused with strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of current immigration policies and trends.
Duties of This Role
Provide comprehensive legal counsel and strategy development for clients seeking H1B and L1 visas.
Prepare and file H1B and L1 petitions, including gathering required documentation, reviewing for accuracy, and ensuring all filing deadlines are met.
Advise clients on the criteria for eligibility and the documentation necessary for visa petitions.
Handle Request for Evidence (RFE) responses and provide guidance throughout the entire visa process.
Stay informed about changes in immigration law and communicate these updates to clients and colleagues.
Assist with audits and investigations, ensuring client compliance with all immigration regulations.
Work closely with HR departments and hiring managers to ensure a seamless immigration process for foreign employees.
Time Commitment
This is a contract opportunity to earn additional income. Hours available are based on number of client orders and projects.
