Job Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales in their designated territory by developing and executing a sales strategy. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting MaxVal’s suite of IP products and services, and closing business on a monthly/quarterly basis to meet or exceed annual sales quotas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales and legal sales experience, with the ability to build relationships, demonstrate product solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from start to finish. This is a remote role, and candidates can work from anywhere in the U.S.
Sales Quota Achievement:
Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Prospecting and Lead Qualification:
Skilled in prospecting, deal qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a sales strategy specific to the territory to drive growth and new revenue.
New Business Development:
Focus on developing new revenue streams with little to no recurring revenue responsibility.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Product and Market Education:
Continuously educate yourself and the team on products and market trends to stay competitive.
Professional Interaction:
Engage with senior staff at Global 2000 companies and collaborate with other MaxVal team members.
