Securities Litigation Associate Attorney

A nationally recognized litigation group is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its Securities Litigation practice in New York City. This is a strong opportunity to work on high-stakes matters for a client base that includes Fortune 100 companies and top-tier technology and life sciences firms.

• Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, and complex commercial disputes

• Support advocacy efforts before regulators to mitigate or avoid enforcement actions

• Collaborate on internal investigations and regulatory matters involving federal and state agencies

• Assist with trial and appellate work across a range of securities-related issues

• JD from an accredited law school

• Admission to the New York Bar

• 3–5 years of securities litigation experience, including class actions, merger disputes, or regulatory investigations

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and work within tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment

• Salary range: $260,000 – $365,000, based on qualifications and experience
