As Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a transactional lawyer, reporting directly to the Associate General Counsel. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments, providing legal support on a wide range of matters. This highly collaborative position offers significant growth potential, as you'll work closely with business leaders, sharpen your legal expertise, and enhance both your business acumen and legal judgment. You'll play a key role in driving our collective success. This is a remote position, available to candidates based within the continental United States.
- Manage the day-to-day commercial contracting needs of business leaders
- Update and manage standard contract forms and templates in accordance with legal requirements, industry standards and company policy
- Manage outside counsel defense of litigation and dispute matters
- Provide support with respect to the Company’s compliance initiatives and other cross-functional efforts
- Be an active and engaged member of the Liquidity Services legal team and support legal team priorities and projects as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Education/ Experience:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2 years of transactional or corporate law experience, preferably in a law firm setting. Prior in-house legal experience is not required
