We are a national network of experienced, high -level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on -demand support for both short -term and long -term legal projects for our client law firms.
<\/p>

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated South Florida Probate & Estate Litigation Attorney<\/b>.
<\/p>

Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 20–30 hours per week<\/b>, with the potential to transition into a full -time opportunity.
<\/p>Attorney Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

  • Handle probate litigation and estate -related disputes
    <\/li>
  • Assist with probate administration matters and related proceedings
    <\/li>
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
    <\/li>
  • Review case files and assist with litigation strategy
    <\/li>
  • Support active matters from inception through resolution
    <\/li>
  • Attend hearings and court appearances as needed
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure cases progress efficiently
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Attorney Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/h3>
    • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida
      <\/li>
    • Located in South Florida or willing to attend in -person hearings as needed
      <\/li>
    • Minimum of 5+ years of probate and litigation experience
      <\/li>
    • Probate litigation experience strongly preferred; general litigation experience will also be considered if accompanied by significant probate experience
      <\/li>
    • Experience with estate planning and/or guardianship matters is a plus, but not required
      <\/li>
    • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
      <\/li>
    • Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines
      <\/li>
    • Organized, detail -oriented, and able to work independently
      <\/li>
    • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>
      <\/h3>
      • Experience across probate, estate planning, and guardianship matters
        <\/li>
      • Experience handling contested probate, trust, or fiduciary disputes
        <\/li>
      • Interest in a long -term relationship with the potential to transition into a full -time role
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
