Key Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case management, document drafting, and trial preparation.

Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.

Organize, maintain, and analyze medical records, depositions, and discovery materials.

Manage deadlines, track case progress, and coordinate filings.

Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts.

Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Requirements:

2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (asbestos or toxic tort experience preferred).
