We’re seeking a Corporate Counsel – Real Estate & Private Equity to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers exposure to a broad range of legal work—from clearing real estate loans to reviewing contracts, demand letters, and subpoenas. You’ll need sharp judgment, strong organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. If you have experience in real estate law or banking and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to handle a variety of legal matters, we want to meet you.

This is an on-site position in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Review and clear real estate loans; manage related transactional due diligence
• Respond to subpoenas, demand letters, and legal requests
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, NDAs, and service agreements
• Support real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, title/survey reviews, closings)
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar tools
• Provide support on entity governance, compliance, and internal risk mitigation
• Partner with internal departments and outside counsel on litigation and regulatory matters

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• JD from an accredited law school; licensed or eligible to practice in Idaho
• 0–3 years of legal experience, preferably in real estate or banking
• Strong contract drafting and transactional skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and maintain professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High energy, positive mindset, and the resilience to handle challenging conversations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint or similar system experience preferred
• Familiarity with Westlaw/LexisNexis for legal research

ITS GREAT IF YOU HAVE: 

• Exposure to private equity or fund management
• Knowledge of TCPA, TSR, and privacy/data protection regulations
• Experience managing intellectual property or trademark filings

Salary:  $90,000 with ability for accelerated salary compensation increases and potential for merit based bonuses.
