Office Manager Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Manage and oversee Case Managers, Legal Assistants, and clerical staff. Provide direction, training, and support to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively.
Client Interaction: Engage in frequent telephone and email communication with potential clients. Conduct outbound calls to answer inquiries and gather essential information to assist Attorneys in determining if a case meets our firm's criteria.
Client Relationship Management: Oversee the initial stages of client relationships, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Manage client onboarding processes and maintain strong relationships with clients from the outset.
Case Management: Utilize case management software to streamline processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of client information and documentation.
Attention to Detail: Maintain exceptional attention to detail in our fast-paced work environment, ensuring all client information, documentation, and communication are handled with precision.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative duties as needed, including scheduling, file management, and other tasks that support the smooth operation of the office.
Office Manager Requirements:

Proven management experience, in a legal setting, at least 5 years.
Familiarity with legal research and case management software.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Personal Injury or Workers’ Compensation Office Management experience preferred.

Pay Scale:

$30-$40 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
