Join the Everest 2025 Summer Internship Program! This is an exciting opportunity to receive exposure to the world of Property & Casualty Reinsurance and Insurance through dynamic training, firsthand legal and business experience, and networking with the industry’s leading experts and experienced professionals. Throughout the Program, you can expect to build upon the academic foundations you have established at school and apply your learning to real world scenarios.
The Program will run for 10 weeks: June 2 – August 8, 2025

Your Impact & Opportunity
The Legal Team is seeking a law student to develop their academic skills in a real-world setting. As a Law Intern, you will be supporting a variety of projects and engaging with all levels of the legal department, including senior leadership. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support team of attorneys working in various practice areas such as corporate, litigation, investments, employment, governance
- Assist with research projects, contracts review and drafting of other legal documents
- Assist attorneys with litigation needs and observe litigation process
- Assist attorneys with employment-related matters and projects
- Draft legal research memos
- Handle various ad hoc requests from Attorneys & Paralegals as assigned
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and presentations
What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications
- You are a 2L student actively enrolled in an ABA accredited Law School
- Strong interest in the insurance/reinsurance industry
- Law review or journal preferred
- Proficient using Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Effectively manage priorities and be attentive to details and deadlines
- Highly motivated, proactive personality
