Our Client is seeking a mid-level associate attorney for a position with our Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group, to office in either Austin, TX or Nashville, TN. This position is a growth position with a clear path toward advancement in the firm. This position will include acquisition, development, and horizontal and vertical mixed-use, residential, resort, and commercial planned community work for local, regional and national builders and developers in Texas, Tennessee, and nationally. The position is a collaborative and interactive practice with a thriving team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Real Estate Transactions: Experience in the acquisition, disposition, and development of mixed-use, residential, resort, and/or commercial real estate.
Strong academics: Candidates will be required to submit a transcript.
Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
