NBCUniversal's Data & Legal Solutions team operates as a central business solutions group working as trusted partners implementing strategic programs across Ad Sales, Distribution, Marketing, Research, Technology, Legal, and HR. We work to provide relevant insights and structure across our diverse portfolio to power intelligent business decisions required in order to compete within today's highly complex multi-platform and fragmented media landscape with a focus on Legal, Compliance and Data driven business solutions.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to provide administrative and strategic support across the Data & Legal Solutions team, with a direct reporting line to the VP of Tech Strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaboration, and is passionate about making operations run smoothly and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative & Executive Support
Provide proactive administrative support to the VP of Tech Strategy including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
Coordinate and schedule cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and team offsites
Manage logistics for internal team meetings such as All Hands, offsites, workshops, and volunteer events
Support preparation of briefing materials, agendas, and presentation decks
Team & Project Coordination
Track and monitor policy activity and legislative developments across key jurisdictions relevant to our business and legal teams
Support project teams by assisting with tracking deliverables, milestones, and coordinating with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and Technology
Maintain shared documentation, manage team SharePoint and internal comms, and coordinate with stakeholders across NBCUniversal as needed
Contribute to special projects or process improvement initiatives as needed
Collaborate with program managers and legal/compliance leads to ensure alignment on process updates and operational improvements
Maintain team documentation libraries, SharePoint pages, and distribution lists
Help onboard new project contributors by ensuring access to systems, tools, and introductory materials
Operations & Culture
Partner with operations leads to support onboarding, team culture initiatives, and internal communications
Manage and update organizational charts, team directories, and distribution lists
Provide ad hoc research and support special projects as assigned
2+ years of experience in a coordinator, executive assistant, or operations support role; media or tech industry experience a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and calendar/email management tools; experience with Confluence, SharePoint, or project tracking tools is a plus
High degree of discretion in handling confidential information
Interest in legal, compliance, or government affairs a plus
