Senior Litigation Paralegal

A well-established and respected mid-sized firm in the Houston area is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to complex, high-stakes commercial litigation.

You will be involved in managing aspects of significant cases, conducting in-depth research, and providing essential support to attorneys. The firm values professionals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling demanding workloads while maintaining a strong commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of complex litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and document review.
• Manage and organize case files and documents.
• Prepare and manage discovery requests and responses.
• Assist with trial preparation and support.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience as a paralegal in complex litigation.
• Experience within a highly regulated industry or experience with cases involving large corporations is highly desired.
• Familiarity with large scale cases that may involve technical or scientific complexities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with document management systems and legal research platforms.
• Experience relating to natural disaster recovery, or sustainability is a plus.
