THE OPPORTUNITY:

Sephora Internships provide an inclusive and comprehensive experience that equips young professionals with the tools needed to align their passions with work. The 10-week internship program develops early career professionals by providing interns with hands-on learning, personal and professional networking opportunities, and the ability to work on projects that directly impact the business.

The Sephora internship program is also a prerequisite for consideration for LEAP, the cross-functional rotational program that provides on-the-job training in each of three Business Units-Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising, over the course of nine months.  LEAP prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time, entry-level role in one of the three Business Units.  Interns are invited to apply to LEAP at the beginning of the summer internship. 

PROGRAM DETAILS:

An inclusive and engaging experience that develops technical and professional skills through weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels that provide exposure to Sephora’s career growth opportunities.

2026 PROGRAM DATES:

• June 1 - August 14, 2026
• Working hours: 36hrs/week. Monday – Friday, PST
• June 22 – 26:  On-Site Week in San Francisco at headquarters office
• July 6 – July 10: Week off for vacation

POSITION TITLE: Legal Intern

YOUR ROLE AT SEPHORA...

As the Legal Intern, you will support the legal team on various projects throughout the summer.  This is a unique opportunity to work with our Real Estate Legal team.  

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

• Partner with attorney and paralegal team to support current company initiatives in the Legal Department;
• Assist with drafting of contracts and/or lease agreements, amendments, and related documents;
• Research and summarize key lease provisions for projects related to the portfolio and/or individual stores.
• Special projects, as assigned, within the other functional areas of the Sephora Legal group, including Corporate, Commercial, Ethics & Compliance, Employment, Data Privacy, Technology, Intellectual Property, and Litigation.
• Demonstrate our Sephora values: Passion, Innovation, Expertise, Balance, Respect, Teamwork, and Initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Successful completion of first year of Law School
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft platforms
• Excellent academic credentials

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

• Graduating in 2027 or 2028 (Juris Doctorate degree)
• Remote program – work schedule must align with Pacific Standard Time  
• Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.  
• Available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA 

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.  Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
