Responsibilities:- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Prepare, review, and revise various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and employment agreements.
- Contract Management: Maintain and organize contract records, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and accessible.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Negotiation Support: Assist in contract negotiations by providing legal insights and recommendations.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in contract terms and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Coordination with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal departments and external parties to facilitate contract execution and management.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research related to contract law and provide updates on relevant legal changes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports on contract status, compliance issues, and other relevant metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a related legal field.
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
