The Naples office of Gunster seeks a full-time receptionist. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls, visitors and vendors and represent Gunster pleasantly and professionally. Responsibilities include greeting all guests and notifying attorneys and staff of arrivals, scheduling conference room space, coordination of catering orders, setting up and cleaning up conference rooms and common areas. This position will also be responsible for completing other administrative tasks as assigned. Additional requirements include strong verbal communication skills, prior administrative or receptionist experience, professional appearance and demeanor.
