Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and fielding client questions
- Maintaining client files, updating and checking on statuses regularly with a focus on deadline
- Serve as the primary contact with assigned clients
- Assist other Case Managers as necessary promoting a teaming environment
Requirements:
- Associates degree and/or paralegal certificate or two years of relevant work experience
- Customer service skills and experience
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, Microsoft Office Suites and data entry
- Prior legal and/or Social Security experience is a plus
- Experience with WORLDOX and Litify is a plus
