The Leadership Team Executive Assistant directly supports a C-Suite Leadership Team Member
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for a wide range of executive level administrative duties requiring independent initiative, discernment, and expertise.
- Values building a strong, strategic partnership with their leader to drive success
- Strategically manages scheduling and responsibilities to effectively and efficiently organize the leader’s time and priorities
- Develops and edits advanced-level correspondence and reporting that is confidential and time-sensitive in nature.
- Has a collaborative approach with interactions with all levels, including peers, executive leadership, management, board members, community donors, and other community leaders.
- Performs other duties as assigned, including organization of leadership and other meetings, department reporting and assistance with Board communication and coordination.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years administrative assistant experience
- Minimum of 3 years of C-Suite experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple deadlines and details in a timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Strong knowledge and expertise with Microsoft Office products
