Trueline's client, a fast-growing boutique trial firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team in San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly expanding firm tackling high-stakes litigation alongside a dedicated group of top legal talent.
What You'll Do as the Senior Litigation Paralegal:
- Oversee complex discovery processes, including e-discovery and third-party subpoenas, across multiple cases
- Manage document collections and productions for litigation, including e-productions in Everlaw
- Draft, file and serve legal pleadings in state/federal courts and arbitrations
- Organize exhibits and supporting materials for depositions, hearings, arbitrations and trials
- Manage Bluebooking for federal cases and state cases according to the California Style Manual
- Provide trial/arbitration support including witness preparation and coordination with courts/vendors
You'll Succeed as the Senior Litigation Paralegal if you Have:
- Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate
- 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience in state/federal trial courts, with preference for experience at large law firms
- Excellent research, writing, communication and organizational skills
- Expertise in litigation technology (Adobe Pro, MS Office, calendaring, Everlaw, e-filing, transcript software, e-discovery databases)
- Ability to thrive under pressure while juggling multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with outstanding problem-solving abilities
- A sense of humor, collaborative spirit, intellectual curiosity and determination
- Exceptional references
