Job Summary
We are seeking a candidate with 4-6 years of M&A deal experience, preferably in a top-tier law big firm. The position is designed for attorneys adept in sophisticated M&A transactions, particularly in the realm of private equity.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and manage large-scale private company M&A deals.
- Engage in private equity transactions, joint ventures, and buyouts.
- Maintain strong client interaction and develop lasting relationships.
- Oversee corporate governance issues.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys.
Qualifications and Skills
- Admission to the Illinois Bar.
- Superior academic credentials and outstanding writing abilities.
- 4-6 years of experience in handling complex large deals at a top law firm.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range is $295,000-370,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, skills, gepgraphic location and relevant experience.
