An Am Law 100 Law Firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join our dynamic Boston team, which has experienced significant growth in the past year. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in the biological sciences and a dedication to providing exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, evaluating patent portfolios, and conducting due diligence investigations. This position offers flexibility in location, and we welcome applications from candidates in various offices.

• Candidates must be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• A Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field is required.
• Experience in a law firm setting is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials, along with excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral), are essential.
• Leadership abilities and comfort in working directly with clients and collaborating with team members are important.
