J.D. from an ABA -accredited law school Licensed to practice law in New York State A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in the areas of responsibility set forth above Demonstrated ability to provide high-level legal advice in a university or corporate setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal professionals Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills

Higher education or non-profit corporate counsel experience
