Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate with with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join their White Collar and Government Investigations practice group in Tampa, Florida. The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills and a strong interest in both criminal white collar matters and complex civil fraud-related actions.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from an top accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Active Florida bar license.
- 2 to 5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on white collar crime and government investigations.
- Law Review experience is a plus.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A demonstrated interest in and experience with criminal white collar matters and complex civil fraud actions.
- Handle and manage litigation matters related to white collar crime and government investigations.
- Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and other filings with precision and clarity.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients involved in criminal and civil fraud cases.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and ensure effective representation.
