Job Description
The AV rated insurance defense firm, Reynolds Parrino Shadwick P.A. is seeking an Associate Attorney to litigate first and third party insurance claims. Entry level candidates with strong academic achievement or prior state attorney experience are encouraged to apply. Prior insurance defense experience is a plus but not a requirement. We are located in St. Petersburg, FL.
The following knowledge, skills and abilities are preferred
- Excellent research and writing
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, memorandum of law, and appellate briefs in civil litigation
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience arguing discovery and pretrial motions
- Proficient in Westlaw, Microsoft office & Adobe
