Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide a compassionate and empathetic intake experience, ensuring potential clients feel valued and understood.

 

  • Evaluate claims based on provided facts and evidence to determine case viability.

 

  • Clearly explain legal processes, fees, and next steps, addressing all client concerns.

 

  • Secure high-value, winnable cases, especially those involving catastrophic injuries or significant financial impact.

 

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in client management software.

 

  • Proactively contribute to firm goals by managing auxiliary tasks that enhance client outcomes.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership (required).

 

  • Experience: 20+ years as a practicing attorney with trial experience.

 

Skills:

 

  • Exceptional empathy and active listening skills.

 

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

 

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

 

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

 

  • Patience and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

 

Work Environment:

 

  • Remote Work: Must have a private, professional home office setup.

 

  • Travel: Occasional travel for firm events and client meetings as needed.
