Due to increasing demand, we are now searching for qualified, experienced and dedicated freelance attorneys with strong experience in family law matters in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Types of work will include case management, research, drafting, hearing & deposition coverage, all aspects of family law. Requirements: - Must be licensed in good standing to practice in the state of Georgia. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in family law cases - Strong research and writing skills and trial experience - Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized - Self-starter and able to work independently Job Types: Contract-family law Pay: $85.00 per hour Schedule: Requirements: - Must be licensed in good standing to practice in the state of Georgia - Minimum of 5 years’ experience - Strong research and writing skills - Proficient with Georgia Rules of Evidence - Comfortable appearing for hearings & depositions in person. Does not need to come to the office but can if they want to.
